My journey has taken me across a wide range of care settings, including in-home care, assisted living, board-and-care homes, and memory care. These experiences have given me both professional expertise and a deep personal understanding of what families go through.

I also served as a Care Coordinator for nearly 6 years, working closely with clients, families, and caregivers every day. This hands-on role allowed me to truly understand each situation from the ground level — the challenges, emotions, and decisions involved.

A Compassionate Approach

Later, as a Marketing Director in Walnut Creek, I worked directly with senior living communities, gaining deeper insight into creating smooth, respectful transitions for loved ones.

I have witnessed both the joy and the difficulty that comes with change — the uncertainty, the emotional weight, and the relief when the right placement is found.
